This presentation explains a unique pairing of student teachers from Kansas State University (KSU) with a class of secondary students in Sweden to plan lessons and activities. This allowed for a symbiotic relationship between student and student teacher. The student teacher was able to gain feedback on their lesson plans and hands-on experience while the student was given a more focused and individualized attention to their learning style and level of knowledge. The technology structure that allowed for this connection will be explained during the presentation and advice will be given to educators for implementing this in their own classrooms.
